Join our team
We’re a working farm rooted in hay, flowers, and building something that grows stronger each season.
Our days are shaped by weather, timing, and the shared responsibility of getting the work done well.
We value reliability, clear communication, and people who take pride in what they do.
There’s a rhythm here, some days steady, some fast and everyone plays a role in keeping things moving.
If you like meaningful work and being part of something real, you’ll fit in well here.
