Join our team

We’re a working farm rooted in hay, flowers, and building something that grows stronger each season.

Our days are shaped by weather, timing, and the shared responsibility of getting the work done well.

We value reliability, clear communication, and people who take pride in what they do.

There’s a rhythm here, some days steady, some fast and everyone plays a role in keeping things moving.

If you like meaningful work and being part of something real, you’ll fit in well here.

Opening:

We’re looking for a Farm Lead to work alongside ownership in managing day-to-day operations.

This role is for someone who can take ownership, think ahead, and help keep the farm moving, not just follow instructions.

Strong mechanical ability, equipment experience, or Class 1 driving are all valuable here, but mindset matters more than any single skill.

  • Equipment issues are caught early

  • The team feels supported and directed

  • Pressure doesn’t turn into chaos

What to expect:

  • Weather dependant, seasonal flexibility (we’re making hay when the sun shines)

  • 30-40 hours per week, and up to 60 hours during peak times

  • $28-$38 per hour depending on skills and experience

  • Real responsibility - not just a title

  • A growing operation where your input matters

Work Outside, Build Something Beautiful

Opening:

We’re looking for someone to join our flower crew this season at the flower fields at Toews & Bale (PoppyWynn Flower Co).

This role moves between the flower field and the farm store.

  • Harvesting, bunching, and caring for flowers

  • Weeding, planting, and maintaining the flower field

  • Helping prepare for U-pick days

  • Supporting customers in the farm store

  • Keeping spaces clean, stocked, and inviting
