Wedding Flowers
First of all - congratulations!
Thank you for considering Flower Fields at Toews & Bale to be part of such a meaningful day. It truly is an honour.
Our flowers are grown here on our family farm in Northern Alberta, where the seasons guide everything we do. Rather than importing flowers from around the world, we design with what's blooming at its very best, creating arrangements that feel natural, abundant, and deeply connected to the time and place your wedding is celebrated.
Because we're first and foremost a working farm, we intentionally accept just two or three weddings each month during our growing season. This allows us to give every couple the creativity, attention, and care they deserve, while continuing to tend the fields that make it all possible.
Our Process
We like to begin with a conversation.
After an initial email or phone consultation, we'll learn more about your wedding, your vision, and the atmosphere you're hoping to create. If it feels like we're a good fit, we'll prepare a custom proposal, contract, and deposit to reserve your date.
We love inspiration photos but even more, we love creating designs that reflect your style while celebrating the very best flowers the season has to offer.
Investment
Every wedding is unique, but as a general guide:
Bridal bouquets begin at $200
Bridesmaid bouquets begin at $120
Table centrepieces begin at $80
Ceremony arches, floral installations, and hanging designs are quoted individually based on the design, mechanics, and flowers required.
Planning a DIY wedding? Our Farmer's Choice Bloom Buckets are a beautiful option, beginning at $75 for approximately 60–80 seasonal stems selected to complement your colour palette.
Our Philosophy
The best weddings happen when flowers feel like they belong.
We love working with couples who appreciate seasonal blooms, trust the creative process, and value locally grown flowers. Every stem is harvested with care, every arrangement is designed by hand, and we do our best to keep our work as sustainable as possible by minimizing waste and delivering flowers in reusable buckets whenever practical.
When you choose Flower Fields at Toews & Bale, you're not simply ordering flowers, you're inviting a little piece of our farm into your celebration.
Our hope is that every bouquet, arrangement, and bucket of blooms feels gathered from the prairie just for you.

We sure do! The garden is blooming in its prime July/August/September. Send us a message to book your date

We have hundreds of different varieties of flowers in our garden and we plant a variation of colours to cover the whole rainbow palette. We often have blooms that florists aren’t able to reach because of their delicate nature and inability to ship without damage.
Sometimes we even get creative using different local fruits and vegetables too (did you see our infamous artichoke bouquet?).
We also work with a few other local flower farms in case we need to supplement what we have to complement your colour scheme.
We prefer not to work with imported florals, but we have some great recommendations of Florists that are happy to do that if you have more specific needs.

We offer weekly drop-offs at our Edmonton and St. Albert partners.
For event floral drop-offs, typically delivery is $50-$75, depending on the size of the order and requirements of the venue.
-
Of course we do!
Because we don’t use flower foam or plastic in arranging, we may need more information about the technicalities of your project. Will it be stationary? Or portable? Inside or out?
Our design rate is $75/hour and we bring wholesale buckets of blooms to dress project.
-
The short answer is nope. In an attempt to be conscious of our global footprint, we don’t offer flowers outside of what we grow.
We do keep a small supply of dried flowers for various bouquets and projects over the winter.
If all of this sounds good to you, please get in touch
Give us a couple of days to get back to you, we might be busy doing garden-y things.
